In late 2020 we came together to start our journey investing in real estate. With our combined backgrounds and complimentary skillsets, we were able to build something great.
Fast forward to today and we now own over 900 units valued over $70M AUM and have raised tens of millions of dollars from passive investors to get here.
Don't get us wrong, it wasn't easy, but it's all possible within as little as 3 years.
We don't say any of this to brag.
We all started from humble beginnings.
